Cancellation, Refund, and No-Show Policy
Thank you for your interest in our business! We are hospitality-focused and operate similar to a venue or destination and every booking has exclusive use of our facility with no other customers present. Imagine going to a restaurant and you're the only guest. Imagine going to a VIP gym and you are the only ones there. This is how we operate. Also, please understand that because of this we are only physically present for your special occasion or event and our facility is open ONLY during those bookings and hours. In other words, we are not a retail establishment and we do not have walk-in capabilities.
For this reason we require payment in advance at the time of booking - and we have developed the following policies for your bookings made in advance:
All sales are final. However, if a booking is made and a cancellation is desired 14 or more days in advance then we are able to issue a refund. In all other instances, our policy is as follows:
No Show
We do not issue a refund or reschedule if you miss your appointment or are unable to make it and you do not inform us in advance. In three years in business we have never had a customer forfeit a booking. Inclement weather or any emergency forcing a no-show or cancellation is given a credit for a future visit without penalty.
7-Day Cancellation
All sales are final. However, if you notify us to cancel your appointment 7 or more days from your appointment date, we will reschedule your appointment without a penalty. As mentioned above, we contract support for each booking specifically and when a booking is canceled we have to cancel our support unless another booking is made for that same time slot. You have 12 months from the date of your booking to reschedule.
Less than 7 Days
If you notify us to cancel your appointment less than 7 days from your appointment date, you may be charged a 20% re-booking fee to cover the cost of our contracted support. You will have 12 months from the date of your booking to reschedule your appointment.
